Rangerly is an offline safari audio guide operated by ToverWeb. This policy applies to the Rangerly mobile app for Android and iOS, and to this website.

Rangerly does not require an account and does not collect personal information. The app and this website do not use analytics, advertising trackers, crash reporting services, cookies, or behavioural profiling.

• No location, contact, camera, or microphone access
• No listening history sent to Rangerly or ToverWeb
• No personal data sold or shared with third parties

The app uses operating-system audio controls and, on Android, a media playback foreground service. These are used only to play the included stories and keep playback available while the app is in the background. They do not give us access to your microphone and do not transmit information to us.

Rangerly's stories, photographs, and interface assets are included with the app. Your listening activity stays on your device. We do not receive your listening history or playback activity.

Apple, Google, and the provider that hosts this website may process basic store, device, diagnostic, or request information under their own privacy terms. That processing is controlled by those providers, not by Rangerly or ToverWeb.

Rangerly is not directed at children under 13. Because Rangerly does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We do not retain Rangerly user data, so there is no Rangerly account or remotely stored user data to request or delete. Removing the app deletes its locally stored app data from your device.

If Rangerly's data practices change, we will update this policy before the change takes effect and revise the effective date at the top of this page.
